Club Art & Design is excited to announce the opportunity to volunteer with COLORS art studio!
The COLORS art studio for inner-city youth is a program of the Spartanburg Art Museum. They provide the opportunity for at-risk youth ages 6-18 to experience high quality art instruction free of charge. The COLORS students can drop-in anytime Monday through Thursday from 3:00- 6:00pm at the art museum. Instruction is provided in watercolor and acrylic paint, colored and graphite pencil, charcoal, pastels and clay. They use professional grade materials and there are professional artists on staff as instructors.
More details on how Club members can get involved will be announced at our next Club meeting on thursday, Nov. 1.
